You retain ownership of any inputs you provide to the Service and any outputs generated for you, subject to applicable law. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique across users.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. The Service does not constitute professional advice. Augmenttic disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Augmenttic’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. Augmenttic may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
